It's Saint Tail from the anime/manga series Kaitou Saint Tail. (It's very cute. )
The card has Asuka Jr. on it. The ace of hearts, cuz it was simple to draw. XD

Took a shot at a cityscape again. I liked the other one better, personally. And I can't do rooves. Ew. Um... and I threw the clock in there because it show up a lot. And clocks rock. It coulda been better, I wish it had turned out better, but I still kinda like it. ._.
